Delivery/Shipping
You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered. We can ship products anywhere in the United States using the shipping method of your choice. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipments destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the total dollar amount of your order, excluding applicable sales tax. Some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please submit a message to us from the Contact Us page if you would like to discuss international ordering options. We will direct you to an International Distributor for our products.
All items ordered together are not necessarily shipped together. If for some reason an item is out of stock or no longer available you will be notified.
Currently the Help Yourself Feeding Solution leaves our warehouse in 2-3 business days, an email notification will be sent should this change.
Please note: Your credit card will not be charged until the item ships from our warehouse.
Standard Delivery
Usually arrives within five business days.
Rush Delivery
Call before 2 PM (MST) Monday-Friday for deliveries of in-stock merchandise within 2 (two) days for an additional $8.50.
Next Day Delivery
Call before 2 PM (MST) Monday-Friday for overnight delivery of in-stock merchandise within one business day for $14.95 (restrictions may apply).
International Delivery
Please call our Customer Service Center at 915-581-7902 for more information on International Shipping. Hours of operation: Monday-Friday (MST) from 9am-5pm.
